I’m sure most of you have heard about the Food Pyramid, it shows you the best way to start a balanced diet and keep a balanced for the rest of your life.
Q & A
Okay then, what do I do first?
By starting a balanced diet you are taking a big step in life, you have to break some bad habits. Like eating unhealthy snacks when your hungry, or having multiple deserts (I’m sure you can think up some unusual eating habits on your own). Give your self time to make the transition, have your parents start buying you healthy natural foods. That is what you do to start…
Do you have a schedule I can use? What should I eat at what times?
Okay I’ll start:
Breakfast:
Start your breakfast with energizing food, full of protein and Vitamin C. I suggest eggs (protein) you can make them anyway you like, for bread I suggest Toast and last but not least for a drink try milk (calcium)/orange juice(Vitamin C) (you probably have more then one glass of orange juice/milk, try them both; have one glass of milk and one glass of orange juice)
Time between Breakfast and Lunch:
Sometimes most people have a snack before lunchtime, try munching on some cheerios (your daily grains) or have vegetable/fruit something healthy.
Lunchtime:
For lunch were all normally at school, so I suggest when you pack your lunch you should take food items that will last through the entire school day. I normally have a tuna sandwich, with a banana (protein again). For a drink I have water, cool and refreshing…try something balanced and nutritional like that (I’m sure you can think of something).
Time between lunch and dinner:
If you’ve just come home from school and want another snack, try crackers with peanut butter (or cheese, you know something edible like that =D). For a drink to go with it try having some more milk.
Dinner:
Normally as teens were not in charge of dinner (mom or dad takes care of that), why not ask them to make a balanced meal? I would suggest you ask them to make a pasta dish, or a rice dish; something with plenty of grains. You could also suggest a meat/poultry dish (chicken, beef or ham). On the side you would want a vegetable group, try broccoli or cauliflower. For desert try dark chocolate (just plain dark chocolate, its good a very good for you), or try a fruit dish.

That’s the schedule I recommend, of course its normally you can’t keep a perfect schedule this is just an example. Try making up your own balanced meal schedule, stick to the Food Pyramid rules and you’ll be fine :D.

Alright then, time for part 2! This time lets talk about a machine called the Chi Machine!

K the Chi Machine looks incredibly weird I know, but it is one of the best ways of getting stress off of your shoulders! I use it when I feel overburdened and stressed, I feel so relaxed afterwords I sometimes don’t know what was stressing me out…
Q & A
What does the Chi Machine actually do?
The Chi Machine is an oxygenator, it cleanses your body of toxins that don’t belong in your body.
Ok so we know what it does, how do you use it?
The Chi Machine is easy to use, its light and portable (so beneficial that way too =D). You plug it into an outlet in your wall. Turn the Chi Machine opposite of the handle bar, lay down on the floor. Place your ankles in the two slots on top of the Chi Machine, lay perfectly straight with the Chi Machine. Then take the controller in your hand and turn the knob up to five minutes (just for starting out, don’t work your way up the amount of time too quickly, take it easy I really only Chi now for eleven minutes). As soon as you turn it on you will feel your ankles wiggle from side to side. You’re body will normally stiffen up when this occurs, just relax and let you’re body wiggle, its very important and the whole part of the Chi Machine effects. After the Chi Machine stops, stay still and lift you’re ankles off of the two slots. Stay that way for around two minutes (you don’t need a timer or anything you can judge what you think is two minutes). Then afterwords lift both you’re legs up to your chest, then with you’re legs lean to the left and then lean to the right. Then when you have accomplished all of this your done!! You should feel a buzzing going through your body, that is called the Chi Buzz it’s completely normal :D. (NOTE: Only use the Chi Machine once a day, doing it twice or thrice may over do it, its always recommended to it only once a day)
So you say it can relieve me of my stress, what else does it do besides that?
Well actually the list for the Chi Machine benefits is huge, so I’ll just name the important basic benefits for you guys:
1. It can help you lose weight (correcting your weight actually, if you are either under or over it does not matter)
2. Ten minutes on the Chi Machine is like taking a walk outside for an hour (:O)
3. If you have a problem with low energy, the Chi Machine will help you gain you’re energy back! So you won’t feel tired or lethargic anymore!
Those are only three small things that the Chi Machine is capable of! If you want to learn more click the following link: Chi Machine Benefits

Well my entire family uses the Chi Machine once every day, its a really cool machine and I hope you guys will enjoy using it too!

That’s right! If you can, try your best to stay away from stress.

^ The above image is what we all really want to be, happy and stress free. Now for most of us this is a seemingly impossible goal, its utterly ridiculous that we just can’t seem to escape the one thing that plagues us, STRESS!!
But I’ve had experience in this area, lots of experience. And I have learned that in no matter what situation I’m involved in, I can’t let stress beat me! No matter what I’m faced with!!
But how, how do we do this…I’ll tell you how
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Try to follow these basic rules when stress leaps upon you:
1. Take your situation calmly, let it just slide off your conscious.
2. If you are confronted by someone who is unleashing all their stress on you, simply stop and take three deep breaths. Just stay calm.
3. Close your eyes, flush it all away. You are in charge of your emotions NOT stress!!
4. Think of something good, something you enjoy.
5. Don’t push yourself to do something that is too hard for you, like extra hard labor for example.
6. If you have head phones, put em on. Just chill…

Now there is another reason why I am giving out this advice, it effects your health greatly!
Stress can reek havoc in and out of your body. You can’t sleep at night, you always seem to just not have it in you to get your full nights worth of rest…
Your nerves become shaky, you are afraid to face another situation that may hurt you…
You become shy, you like to stay away from others and care only for your self…
You gain weight, lots of extra unneeded fat…
Then one of the worst side effects of stress is acne, its not fun

Stress is something that continues to plague us all.
We can only do our best, don’t let anyone else tell you that you aren’t good enough!

THAT’S IT!! I’VE HAD ENOUGH, I am through with being overweight and lethargic! I am dedicating myself and this blog to helping myself and others with overweight issues, and I think I’ve found a lead toward my (and everyone’s) goals to lose all the extra weight.
My dad brought me some supplements from his work. I found one of the products extremely useful, it’s called CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) and this supplement takes away your body fat, believe it or not this product comes from beef! But in recent modern times Farmers have been feeding cows food products that take out the special effects of CLA were taken out of beef…but Wellness Partners found a way to extract the CLA
In order for CLA to work it’s natural process you have to give it at least to months, keep a healthy diet and stay active like: taking a walk outside for a bit, work out by swimming, jogging, aerobics, weight lifting, pilates etc. Believe me it’s worth it! I have been on CLA for months and have noticed a HUGE difference in my body. I feel healthy, I have energy, I can walk without flab bouncing around my gut, I can go out to the swimming pool without feeling embarrassed and I can RUN! I know running is not a big deal but to someone like me who has waited a long to just run for the fun of it is a breath taking experience for me it really is :).
My dad worked out a special deal for my readers ONLY…use this code: LJ777CLA and get a two for one special offer for first time buyers this is an exclusive offer only for my readers, link: CLICK HERE! ( you have to click add to cart or you can put the coupon code in on the next page after when you click add to cart)
